I’ve posted about other Ace Models kits before, and here’s my general experience: with kinda messy sprues and lots of little parts that tend to need cleaning up, they’re not terribly easy to put together and hence not particularly “fun” to build — but I keep doing them from time to time because they offer subjects not usually found elsewhere. And when all is said and done (even if I have made a mistake or two because the instructions weren’t 100% clear to me), they tend to look pretty good! This is just such a kit, in my opinion. I have staged it on my caulk-as-snow board, with crew figures from an old ESCI Nebelwerfer packet.
