Thank you kindly! There’s something liberating for me about these Cold War subjects; with the WW2 aircraft it feels like they all need to be dirty and beaten up, which adds a layer of work. (Though I did see a comment one time in which someone said that wasn’t realistic, either, since a plane would in fact look fairly fresh until it was–in fairly short order–put out of commission!)

I found both the Italeri and Hasegawa enjoyable to build, but the Hasegawa definitely has more realistic detail — though the differences are apparent mostly when looking closely at the landing gear…
