Over the years I have come to have a handful of Churchill tanks. I must confess, I have not generally enjoyed building them (the enclosed tracks and wheels are challenging for me to do well), but then again, by the time I have one finished, it seems pretty cool. That was once again my experience recently, as I completed Airfix’s 1/76 flame-throwing Crocodile variant. “This is a terrible kit,” I thought to myself. “I’m never making a Churchill again.” Well, I might not.
