In a previous post I shared a sampling of my Japanese kits in 1/72, in another some American examples, and in another some Soviet items. Here, in pictures that basically amount to single-vehicle portraits, are some of the Germans. Some of these models are old, some new; some of the photos are “tweaked” more than others, and some are converted to high-contrast outlines. I think I have been inspired to publish this post by the World Tank Museum Panzer Tales Collector Book, which I recently acquired as a Fathers’ Day gift to myself. The book has fantastic graphics by Japanese illustrator Yoh Morinaga and fascinating tidbits of information about many famous WW2 tank types.
